As of December 15, 2009 we have commenced the second distribution of the Net Settlement Fund in the Enron Corporation Securities Litigation class action. The Net Settlement Fund is the result of more than 7 years of complex litigation and is the single largest securities settlement in history, with numerous distinct securities types affected by the underlying alleged fraud. This distribution has been calculated in accordance with the Court-approved Plan of Allocation described in the Notice of Hearing for Final Approval previously sent to you with the Proof of Claim form that you filed.
