UniDyn Remission Fund
Welcome to the website for the administration of the UniDyn Remission Fund. This
website has been established to provide general information related to the Remission
Fund, the associated federal court cases and the related administration.
In March 2009 Ira W. Gentry and Randy W. Jenkins (“Defendants”) were convicted in
federal court of securities fraud and related offenses in connection with their
illegal manipulation of shares of UniDyn Corporation, a Nevada corporation. On June
19, 2009, District Judge Susan R. Bolton ordered Defendants to pay restitution to
the victims of the fraud.
The United States Attorney for the District of Arizona and the United States Internal
Revenue Service have obtained forfeiture of approximately $4,100,000 from Defendants.
These funds will be distributed to eligible victims through a process called “remission.”
A Remission Fund has been established for the benefit of the victims. The United
States Department of Justice has retained Gilardi & Co., LLC, to assist in reviewing
remission claims and administering the Remission Fund.
If you incurred a pecuniary loss as a result of illegal manipulation of UniDyn common
stock between December 1, 1997, and May 23, 2002, inclusive, you may be eligible
to participate in the remission. To be considered for remission, you must complete
a Petition for Remission Form (“Petition”) along with copies of all supporting documentation
and return it to the Remission Administrator. A Petition can be obtain by visiting
the Case Documents tab and clicking “Petition for Remission”.
Remission checks were mailed to approved victims beginning on February
22, 2013. Checks must be cashed within 90 days of issuance. If you have any questions
regarding payments, please contact the Remission Administrator at 888-293-8840.
