Essential to each administration is the proper control and custody of the information we receive, process and create. Every matter we touch is managed independently and maintained under its own unique, custom version of our software and/or processing routines. Every claim we receive is handled separately and we do not commingle claim data.

Specific components of our standard control protocols include (unless otherwise directed):

Control of Claims - A unique claim number (and bar code) is assigned to each claim received - unique to Gilardi & Co, not just unique to a particular administration.

Stand-Alone Technology - We implement customized, proprietary, administration-specific software for the housing and processing of claims.

Distinct Batch Approval - Claims are treated in batches, with control numbers evaluated before approving a batch to the next stage of processing.

External Review - We engage an independent third-party to review our plan of allocation calculations.

Key Measures - Pulled and refined from our experience, extensive metrics are examined to evaluate one administration against another to isolate possible anomalies.

The intense controls we place over our processing work and claimant data continue until we are authorized to destroy the data and paperwork associated with a given administration.
