 As a special purpose organization devoted solely to Mass/Class Action Notice and Claims Administration, we hold ourselves accountable first and foremost to the Courts.
In simplest terms, we are "keepers of the facts", committed to assisting in the efficient execution of what we consider the four primary components of Due Process: Notification Communicating to potential claimants their rights, while explaining the settlement's key components, including (when applicable) its binding release. Processing Ensuring reasonable support of claimants in filing properly completed proofs of claim, and making extensive efforts to verify the accuracy and validity of bona fide claims. Distribution Managing efficient asset disbursement and timely follow-up. Reporting Providing accurate documentation to the Court, counsel and government agencies. |
