UPDATE ON STATUS OF SETTLEMENT CHECKS: Due to a slight delay in the claims validation process, the claims administrator was unable to mail settlement checks on April 16 as originally estimated. The claims administrator is anticipating a distribution will occur in the first two weeks of May. If you have any questions regarding the status of your claim, feel free to contact the claims administrator at 1-800-761-5856.
PROBLEMS? If you are having problems regarding replacement of windshields that is not being handled by the Honda dealer to your satisfaction, please call Andrea of American Honda Customer Relations at 1 (800) 999-1009 extension 220875.
Please note that problems with the replacement of your Honda Element windshield is the only issue that can be addressed by calling this number. No other issues can be addressed.
