United States of America v. Lane Labs Restitution Fund Notice

The checks commenced mailing on August 22, 2007 to the class members who submitted a timely and valid claim prior to the filing deadline of October 30, 2006. Each class member who received a check received approximately 25% of the amount they spent on the valid products covered by this Restitution Fund.
