This site provides information concerning the Shufflemaster Settlement Fund, created by the settlement of a securities case brought by plaintiffs in a class action initiated in the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada. Within this site, you will find detailed information about the settlement, how to file a claim, eligibility for participation and distribution and answers to frequently asked questions.

The Court has appointed City of Tulsa Municipal Employees Retirement Plan and Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System to serve as Lead Plaintiffs in the Action, and has appointed the law firm of Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. to serve as Class Counsel.
