On December 3, 2010, an additional Notice of a proposed settlement, was mailed to eligible class members regarding the settlement of claims made against SoftBank Corporation, SoftBank America Inc. and SoftBank Holdings, Inc.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED A PROOF OF CLAIM FORM IN CONNECTION WITH THE UTSTARCOM DEFENDANTS LITIGATION, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT ANOTHER PROOF OF CLAIM FORM. YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE CLASS AND YOUR CLAIM WILL BE PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT EARLIER-SUBMITTED PROOF OF CLAIM.
